Nintendo vs. Capcom is a fighting game created by Capcom and published by Nintendo for Switch only. It features characters from the Capcom universe and the Nintendo franchise fighting each other to see who is the better.

In a vein similar to Street Fighter Alpha series which borrows some elements from the Super Smash Bros. series such as air dodge, up and down throws, and simple input special moves inspired by Smash Bros. as well as the previous Capcom vs. series such as tag switching, charging gauce from KOF, Duo Team from Marvel vs. Capcom 1, and Snapback even includes Crossover Duo Hyper Combo from SEGA vs. Capcom.
