Storyline[]

It takes place a year after the events of the fourth game. Despite the Mega Madness Tournament dissapeared after Lucifer's defeat, it is revealed that the tournament actually reappeared in Seoul, South Korea, where it actually originates from. Jack and Patricia revealed that Lucifer is not the creator of the tournament despite being imprisoned by their acenstors 1000 years ago, it was actually made by a king of Korea called Wang Sun in 1025, despite the lack of evidence behind the existence of the Tournament years ago. Jack believes that the Tournament is haunted, while Patricia believe that the tournament has the magic pendant of the king inside of it that is the main reason why it continues to reappear. Jack and Patricia, along with some old and new opponent travels all the way to South Korea, joining the tournament, and win to discover the truth behind its continuous reappearance.

Gameplay[]

The gameplay is the same, however some elements where dropped, such as The Cubit forms, which was a stapple of the series, and instead was replaced with the Tag Team Cancel.
